The dining room
The dining room of The Hermitage Mountain Refuge is a very large room located in the basement.
It is lined in wood and is furnished with large decks for 6-8 people.
The cooking is homelike and varies during the week and seasons of the year.
The daily menu is offered in the morning. It includes: first course, main course with salad, fruit and delicious desserts.
Breakfast is very energetic, with cakes and homemade cookies and put on a trolley-buffet.
Upon request we also offer special dishes for guests requiring special diets.
